Shandong
Jimswood Industrial Co., Ltd. ("JICL") is one of
the companies invested by Jimswood Group, Ltd. (Jimswood),
which is a privately held investment firm headquartered
in California, USA. Jimswood is holding
substantial interest in a number of companies including
five-star hotel (Weifang Fuwah Hotel) & amusement park (Weifang
Fuhua Amusement Park), investment banking brokerage firm (Antaeus
Capital Asia LLC) and Intra-Asia Entertainment Corporation
(a Nasdaq listed company).
JICL
was the first company to introduce the stone care concept and
also the first company actually offered professional stone care
specialty products and service to the Chinese market back
in 1993. Now, JICL is now representing Aqua
Mix stone care and maintenance products from USA in China while
has been successfully helping Aqua Mix coordinate the
markets in the Asia Pacific region and countries including
Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, and Korea
JICL
has completed thousands of projects in China from the
Chinese Military Central Committee Building (the Chinese
Pentagon) in Beijing to more than 10 Chinese major
international and domestic airports including Beijing Capital
International Airport, Shanghai Pudong International Airport,
Hangzhou Airport, Shenyang Airport, Xi'an International Airport,
Wulumuqi Airport, Shenzhen Airport, Qingdao Airport, Chengdu
Airport and Changchun Airport. JICL also has involved
with many train and subway stations and major projects such
as Hong Kong Disney.
KEY
MANAGEMENT
Davisson Wu, Chairman Mr. Davisson Wu helped Jimswood
established the JICL in March 1994 and was the president of the
company from March 1994 to October 2005 when he retired from
JICL. Mr. Wu now remains as the chairman of JICL and the board
director of Jimswood Group, Ltd.
Mr. Wu graduated from UCLA with a BA in Economics (Honors) in
1989 and a MA in Urban Planning (UCLA Graduate School of
Architecture and Urban Planning, or UCLA GSAUP) in 1993. He also
received a MBA and PhD degrees through independent learning
programs. In addition, Mr. Wu completed a two-year EMBA program
at Tsinghua University of China in 2001.
Mr. Davisson Wu started his career as a project analyst and then
department manager at Starts California International Inc., a
subsidiary of Starts Corporation, which is a Japanese public
company traded at Tokyo Stock Exchange ( www.starts.co.jp )
after he graduated from UCLA. He joined Jimswood Group as Vice
President in charge of overseas investment in 1993 after he
graduated from UCLA GSAUP. Mr. Wu went to China to help Jimswood
set up JICL in March 1994.
Michael
Zeng, President
Mr. Michael Zeng joined the company in 1996 and became the
president of the company in 2005.
Mr.
Michael Zeng graduated from Tianjin Textile University with a BS
in Engineering (honors), and was the vice chairman of the
student council at the university. He is now also the
Vice Chairman of the Shanghai Stone Care Association and a key
member of the Chinese Stone Association.
Mr.
Zeng joined the company in 1996 after he graduated
from university and started his career at Weifang No. 4
Cotton Textile Products Company. Then Mr. Zeng joined
JICL as a sales assistant in 1996, and was promoted as
the sales manager in 1998, and sales director in 2002. He
was appointed as the president of the company in 2005.
Lily
Yang, Controller
Ms. Lily Yang joined the company in 1994 and has been the
controller of the company since 2002.
Ms.
Lily Yang graduated from Jilin University with a BA in Accounting,
and has been working in the field of financial management and
accounting since early 90's.
Ms.
Lily Yang joined the company in 1994 after graduation, and started
as a bookkeeper, accountant, accounting manager, and then
assistant controller and controller in 2004.
Yvette
Feng, International Department Manager
Ms. Yvette Feng joined the company in 1994 and has been the
international department manager of the company since 2001.
Ms.
Yvette Feng graduated from Shandong Normal University with BA in
English and has been handling the international department since
mid 90's. She is now also in charge of the biodegradable
polymers distribution (Durect Corporation) and several sourcing
projects for international companies from building materials to
industrial equipment.
